Shocking. My item was scheduled for delivery yesterday. Then today. Now it hasn't even got a ETA. Out of all courrier companies, Hermes are the worst.

Utter rubbish company no tracking updates can't get through to speak to anyone why do companies use these idiots.

Here's are the worst parcel delivery Service in and around the world over a week to deliver one item think its time thay close down because thay are just one big joke

Can I leave no stars? They leave my package on a side of the main road. Watchdog or government should really look it to the company as they are not complying with basic postal/logistics service regulations. Amazon is really amazing compare to them (and no I don’t work for Amazon)

You ask for reviews but in certain areas you let your staff run amock and rob ppl parcels i can handle delays fine thats understandable sometimes but come on you need to squash the corruption within Dont ask for reviews to ignore and mot do anything it defeats purpose I gave two because i honestly feel there could be hope you just need to listen to what ppl are saying that are not happy

Courier contacted me asking if I can meet at a certain time which I couldn’t because I was at work. I contacted him several times and got no reply. Had to contact Amazon to see where my parcel is and it’s hours away now. It’s been 5 days late.

takes ages to ship

Second Amazon parcel within a month due to be delivered by Hermes and has gone missing, I now have to fight again for a refund
