Always excellent service and excellent tracking

Seller says Hermes problem not updating there packaging who do I believe has the seller sent it or is this company that bad?

Pure nightmare. A surprise that most packages actually make it to the recipients!

Left me a note saying my parcel has been delivered..but nowhere to be found.. terrible..

Got to be one of the worst or maybe even the worst companies on this planet!. As for updating customers about the status of the parcels it is a joke!

Terrible! The parcel was delayed and then I only realised it had been delivered because Amazon asked for a review. Eventually found it but item smashed on one side.

Worse company ever, always late or lost parcel.

Absolutely terrible. Receive parcels but takes days to deliver is at depot but hold on forever. Simple delivery only 20 miles away and from Amazon. Wish I'd ordered other item that was not Hermes. This is not first time this has happened. You need to have a review Hermes on your staff.

Absolutely terrible. My parcel has been at the delivery depot since Wednesday and all it says is sorry for the delay we will let you know when it is on it's way. Amazon have got it up as delayed due to external factors, what does that mean??? Would have given 0 stars if I could off.

I spent the day waiting for my delivery, the delivery man said he came to deliver and couldn't. lie!

Really bad system and customer support bad years ago now worse they can't get deliver through a geofence!???

The update has passed its due date and you haven’t updated your system it’s totally rubbish when you expect a courier company to have good tracking of its parcels

Absolutely rubbish company. Late as usual and they are live plants I am waiting for. Probably won't be live when I eventually do receive them ? why sellers still use this company is beyond me!

Can't track your parcel still saying it will be with me on the 10th and it's the 14th now
