Always, always rubbish. Can’t track parcel.

Would give no stars if I could they’ve had my items for 7 days now and still not been delivered or had anymore information from them had nothing but problems every time Hermes is delivering any items

This company is worse than ever they cannot even let you know when the delivery is coming i have waited over 9 days and still no luck

Absolutely rubbish waited 3 days for a parcel to be picked up and at the end went and did it mysekf

Never have problem with hermes. Location Ladywood/Edgbaston good team. If you are not at home they will be with you on the evening time..

Absolutely terrible never arrives on time. Expect your package around 4 days after their ‘estimated delivery’

Says parcel delivered to neighbor, but missing a salient piece of information not telling me what neighbor or even put a card through door.

Had two deliveries this week first they forced my back gate open so had to repair it second time same thing this tim I was in but he still forced gate and caused more damage I was home at the time next Tim I will send bill for repairs

I have been sending parcelswith Hermes for several years . I can honestly say that all my parcels were delivered safely. I'm not a big user about 12 parcels a year but I recommend them 100 percent .
