Worst delivery company in the world, my parcel was dispatched on the 28th April and still not been delivered, Amazon said I have to wait for a refund, I ordered a Bonsai tree as a present which would not have survived even if it does eventually get delivered. Angry is the only word I have now.

Courier picked up over £1000 collectibles, they never reached sorting office, told they dissapeared! Showed receipts and compensated £450, complete nightmare company

You have 3 parcels of mine and keep lying about delivery over due

Hermes received my 2 parcels, 4/5/22 at 2.42am. Waited everyday for a week. 3 times tracking said out for delivery & still nothing! Don't allow collection at local depot. Otherwise I would have a week ago. I'm not alone where many of my "Parcels Disappear Into Hermes". Changing your name to Evri hasn't improved or changed, your service is still a disgrace. Would never recommend to others, especially business's!

These guys need to take up being clowns.

Still waiting for parcel. Been told another 3 days and if not come by then ask for refund. Not sure if it’s Amazon fault or Hermes

Delivered half my order a week ago but second package waiting at depot not even out for delivery. When you have a piano keyboard the size of a coffin on the floor and the frame hasn't arrived it is rather inconvenient. As the item states Delivered bit there is a second box, it is just a nightmare.

Well what can I say....I'm giving 1 start as always when I wait for parcels from hermers they always turn up late..

If you are looking to keep fit or enjoy treasure hunts this is the company for you. As you will spend hours walking round your village or town trying to match up the picture of your delivered parcel to someone else house. The clues that you are offered such as the address it has been delivered to means you don’t have to look to hard there as there’s no hope that it’s that easy. This hunt may take hours, days and sometimes you have to admits defeat and just give up. The worst delivery service ever how are they still in business.

Terrible company Parcel not arrived although they have said it has been delivered. A picture was sent of my parcel on some gravel. 3 days on no parcel, just keep asking to search my drive and the next door neighbours. It seems it doesn’t matter that you have a number clearly displayed on your house as Hermes just delivers it wherever they choose. I do not give them even 1 star.

They've had my parcel since 28th/29th April. Still not arrived and no update I used to work for them I'm so shocked and disappointed.

Once again, my parcel shows as delivered to the delivery address but it hasn't been. I live in a block of flats with 8 flats and I'm supposed to guess which neighbour it's been delivered to. No card through my door to let me know so I have to play hunt the parcel AGAIN. Appalling service

Shocking. How do the drivers still have jobs? They ALWAYS mess up my deliveries! How are companies still using them? They dump my parcels on my doorstop when I’m not home. My door opens straight onto a busy city centre street, there is no safe place. It’s so obvious. They clearly know it’s not safe. So yet again I am going through a lengthy and stressful dispute and am out of pocket.
