This service is a disgrace.One minute its out for delivery and the next theres a delay and get it out on the next working day.God knows when my parcel will arrive if at all.

Worst delivery company. Always dread seeing that Hermes are delivering a parcel from Amazon. I know it will go missing or they will be 5 weeks late. Bunch of P%icks

Disgusting your parcel doesn’t come.

Complete liars when it comes to saying they tried to deliver when they never turned up at. Wasted my day waiting in for them. Absolute tossers

Cheap price gives a cheap service. Driver can never find a huge Royal Mail building. You’d think the big red sign and red vans would be a clue but no, the drivers seem unable to use common sense.

The absolute worst. Never once have I had a parcel arrive in the designated day from this courier, and multiple parcels “lost”. Awful.

Terrible company, don't bother to even deliver your parcel, despite their tracking saying "your parcel will be delivered by 8pm today" Total lies, thus happens everytime Hermes are delivering goods to me! I really don't know how they get away with it, customer service at is very worse. I would never use them in a million years!!

No notification its coming. Don't believe first attempt to deliver was made, as I was in. Rubbish

Supposedly delivered my parcel to a secure place at my address and yet I have no item looked everywhere asked the neighbours and nothing can’t find anything nobody else has it not to mention my item cost a lot.

Why am I not surprised... another lost parcel by hermes.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. In future I wont order anything that is dispatched via hermes

This company is abysmal, they employ any Waif and stray they can find to sling your stuff anywhere but where it needs to be.

I spent money on faster shipment, was it worth it ? Of course not! Supposed to be here Friday (at the latest) it’s now Sunday! How pathetic

Parcel was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Yet tracking states returned to sub depot. Now today it states to be delivered between 13-30 & 15-30. Yet it is now after 5pm & still no show of my parcel. This delivery firm is a complete joke.

Took a picture from he's van outside my house but there was no attempt to deliver I have a ring door bell so I have proof I wasn't in but my partner was you need to tell your drivers about these ring doorbells
