Very poor service. Can’t believe people still use this delivery provider.

Very very poor service ,missing parcels they confirmed the parcel has been delivered on the rear door! And nothing wasn’t in there… don’t waste time and money with this Parcel2Go …there is other company they are more serious….

Parcel should have been delivered but nowhere to be found.

My parcel was out on delivery according to details then next it states returned to sub depot. Parcel delayed hoping to get it out in 24hrs, well my 24hrs is different to this shoddy shambles delivery company. Nice to see hermes website giving no more updates on my parcel. Absolute useless company !

Still no parcel ! Been waiting since 27th of APRIL

Said they were unable to deliver then said package had been returned to them by courier as packaging wss damaged askede to wait 24 hrs then sais theyhad to assess packaging and so it went on. Never was delivered andcouldnt reorder as items were by then out of stock. Seem to have changed couriers lately and service now crap. Also receiving random messages from them which now come up with a scam alert. Make of that what you will Service atrocious

Absolutely terrible service apparently they can't find my address it so easy to fong Google maps use it driver !! I have been waiting too long and on record it says yous have tryd to deliver pure B,S.

Changing the name from Hermes to Evri won’t fix rubbish service. Are the drop-off points the problem? My parcel was stuck in ‘being sorted at sender’s local depot’ for 2 days, then ‘processing at our hub’ took another 2 days. Tracker shows delivery due today, I’ll be amazed if it happens. Walking would have been quicker

Apparently could deliver my items when other had the same day, wonder if they even attempted. Then when you try to track on the website absolutely to information of where the item is or when it might be delivered pointless.

Still waiting for a parcel , should of been here Tuesday now Saturday , no customer service advisor to speak to very poor . Would not recommend using

Waste of time , they receive parcels but don’t deliver. Waited 5 days only to be told it’s still at the hub

Awful. Just don't try delevering packages and dump them on random door steps.

Poor service don’t use if you need something to arrive on time

It was apparently according to here delivered on 3rd May. The police gave it to me today (5th May) already opened saying it had been delivered to wrong address and the person that it was delivered to opened it and decided they didn’t want it so handed it in to the local police station. The previous parcel they delivered they put under my neighbour’s gate. His house is empty as he has passed away. I had to lie on the pavement and stick my hand under the gate and finally got it.

If I knew my parcel was going to take over a week to cover 65 miles I would have sent a taxi. To collect it as I still don’t have it now 7 days later, I shall be making a few phone calls to find out where the hell my parcel is
