Paid extra for next day delivery. Recorded collected by carrier but still awaiting goods. My fault, as I didn't specify which week! Always been useless and can't understand why suppliers still use them.

Worst parcel delivery people ever

Supplier says parcel at hermes, hermes tracking number saying waiting to receive package

Tracking says were expecting your package to arrive with us soon, .....same the last 4 days! Delivery due yesterday ,got to say its not looking good.

My package has been at their delivery depot for a week. Still waiting for them to deliver

The UK's worst courier service. By a distance. You could literally ask any random person on the street to deliver your parcel and they'd do a better job. I don't know how these cowboys are still in business.

Terrible service been waiting for parcel collecting, should have been Tuesday. Was supposed to be with recipient by Friday. Paid upfront, but no customer service, can't find a number to ring, cannot speak to a person. Disgusting service

Another one bad experience.

I refuse to buy from those that use this terrible company to dispatch parcels Drivers are lying and stealing parcels constantly

Absolutely terrible service, awaiting 3 days since they said it was to be delivered, checking the app and all it says dispute resolved.

Always something wrong with them, they deliver with problems or delivery and the item inside is missing

Hermes never deliver on time. Avoid.

No note left, parcel left in obscure place. Would have had no clue it had been “delivered” had it not been for Amazon notification. Left open to elements for 48 hours - dreadful service
