Have waited for a parcel delivery since supposed delivery date of 22nd April, absolutely shocking service

Hate when I buy anything and see the deliveries by hermes

Total rubush company been wating nearly 2 weeks for my parcel tracking shows delivery dates then they change then its gone bk and then there is delays i cant even rate them any moor total rubish company why people use them i dont know had to put one star to submit review but as far is im concerned they deserve a 0

Email says parcel dropped with neighbour just knocked 5 doors and no joy

Amazon saying delivery today by 8pm, check tracking number and says it’s at depot and they’ll let me know when it’s being delivered. I always cringe when I see these guys will be delivering!

what a joke! my order was left in a safe place ha more like trews over the bavk fence in the rain and left no card saying we're is was. if it wasn't for my neighbour seeing them throw it I wouldn't of know until I went out. no card left to say where it was.

Companies need to tell us who their couriers are, so we can order from someone who doesn’t use hermes. DHL and hermes are by far the worst couriers in uk, by a long mile

Not happy with this service,second time they say it’s delay 24hours and still I don’t have my order ,supposed to get last Friday

Appalling service, no notifications nor delivery note to say it’s been delivered. I don’t know where’s my parcel gone to?

Absolutely rubbish delivery service. Leaves my parcels with naigbours but doesn't leave a card to tell me which neighbor

Always never delivered, I give up why do people use you , forgot to put on my orders please don't use Hermes

Always terrible! My package containing expensive products,delivered open! Barely a care in the world from the delivery driver,normally throws my parcels at the door,or delivers to the wrong address consistently!! I would give -0 stars if I could! As another customer has said... hiding behind a new name wont hide how rubbish you are! I specifically ask the company before buying from them now,as if they use hermes,then I use a different supplier.. I'm sure I'm not alone in this!

Received a text saying parcel delivered, an hour dater it's supposed delivery, yet nothing was actually received

Absolutely dreadful service yet again!!

For some reason the majority of deliveries to me by Hermes arrive thee or four days later than originally scheduled.
