Stop telling lies still waiting 8th day.Wish I could give a minus review

Worst, unacceptable service, sooo past expected delivery date and no update in tracking for over a week… rip off and disgraceful service!!

Why deliver 1/2 parcel and keep hold of box 2/2???? When will the other half be delivered? It’s not moved from depot for over a week

Every experience I have had with this courier ends in the parcel going missing .

Worst company ever, I will no longer order from companies who use Hermes, they never update the status of your parcel most of the time it’s because they have lost it.

Wheres my parcel, was supposed to be delivered on Saturday!! Paid NEXT day delivery not next month ffs ??

Your idiot driver delivered an empty opened bag through my letter box, not sure whether he removed the ebay item or it fell out in transit, I've had this before from hermes where a bag was cut open, seems you might have a problem with a driver, I would've like to have given you zero tbh!

Not happy with your service at all !!!

Get a notification to say my parcel will be delivered by 8pm. Doesn't arrive and the tracking info on Amazon says it's been delayed. Now due to arrive a week later. Tracking via the Hermes website can't even find my parcel half the time.

So far, since you tried to hide behind a new name, I've had a parcel mis-delivered, a parcel arrived 2 days after it should have and two parcels not picked up for return this Amazon, one of which is still waiting for your driver, the other I received a refund for when it explained to Amazon about how rubbish you company is. In future I will avoid dealings with Evri, or what ever you want to call yourselves next, whenever possible. I'd rather not order something if I know you're supposed to be handling it. Fast delivery is a joke

Rubbish service paid for next day delivery and still not here its been 4days

Absolute joke. Apparently I magically refused an item.. Yeh right

My hopes weren't high and so I wasn't disappointed. Note to say parcel delivered to a neighbour. Helpful yo be told which one. No photo, no txt or email and no card. I had to knock on several doors to track it down.
