Terrible service tracking system that doesn’t work ! Told me my parcel had been delivered even though I had been in the front garden all day waiting for my delivery ! Without doubt the worst courier company in the uk. I would give 0 stars if I could ??????

No delivery made yet I. Tracking last updated 21st April on my Amazon it says ordered on 22nd yet lest tracking deatail shows expecting to be collected the 27th April where is my parcel or phot fro. Delivery driver?! Once again Hermes!! I’d rather of not even given 1star but you have to in order to submit review

To many times I have had problems. This time damaged parcel, very important parcel. This company is junkie.

Absolute terrible service OMG Iv never cam across a company that are so slow !!! My parcel sat at n delivery depot for days . So far my delivery is 3 days late aaaargh I cringe when buy something and it comes up Hermes as the items courier . Not fair on customers who are expecting a parcel on the specific date stated will be delivered very poor service

If I could give this delivery service zero stars I would! Absolutely unbelievable that they remain in business considering the damage they are doing to the companies that use them for transport. Claim 3-5 days delivery and yet they consistently take 2-3 weeks with no tracking updates after the consumer passes the item to them. To say they are unreliable is an understatement.

Our delivery driver is the best, he's always on time, respects your items you've ordered and he's always polite, happy no matter what the weather. He's by far the best out of all the other companies, shame you can't clone him for all the other people who have bad delivery drivers, hope he gets an award for being outstanding.

Just terrible. If it does arrive won’t be with a smile and likely bashed and broken. If I find out my parcel will be delivered by Hermes I regret the order as I know it means problems!!

I've had parcels cut open and goods removed before delivery to my home. If it rains, my parcels arrive soaked and soggy with goods damaged - are the Parcels left out overnight? And, parcels are consistently late also. This is not a good service.

Delivery service is a joke takes over week to deliver then the driver is throwing parcels to find mine
