Did receive a package 2 days later…not sure if I should thank to a neighbour or driver just delivered 2days after showing on the website “your parcel has been delivered” wtf…..

Abysmal. It’s truly a sellers market when companies like this can survive. Post your parcel and keep your fingers crossed as you won’t get any information from these guys.

Takes far too long to deliver

I need to get a parcel redelivered and you seem to have lost it now ....I need to talk to an agent

Hermes emailed me to select locker, 7 days my delivery with Hermes, not delivering to locker, no self collection option.

Inaccurate slow not enough updates just poor

My only criticism of this company......Is when the item has been collected by Hermes and then sent on its way to my home it is truly long winded the service is unbelievably slow so making Royal Mail look good in that respect... I do however have a good friend who works for Hermes and delivers my items perfectly. Its the transit point that is despicable to the point of being collected from the pickup point to my delivery driver collecting my item from the dispatch vehicle is pathetic... I'd like to ask one question.....Has Hermes employed monkeys?

Worst courier FACT by reviews year in year out if not in They will parcel drop you everytime on doorstep or over any fence just to get their commission ZERO respect for any item or any person. ZERO customer service unless pay around quid a minute. How is this company even legal ???
