Left at the wrong address and package was damaged

Claimed my parcel was delivered to a neighbour but I can’t find which one.

Here we go again. Tracking states not delivered, unable to get to or find address. They have delivered here many times before!!!

Is the worst dodgy delivery company in UK. Recommended never used!!!

The minute I saw it was Hermes I knew I was going to have trouble. My first parcel took over 3 weeks to resolve and now my 2nd parcel having same problem saying it couldn't deliver as no one in parcel to big but said they tried to deliver but no one in which is wrong as I was in all day still waiting for parcel don't use Hermes unless only option

This company have an issue every time they try to deliver to me. They either can't find the address and lie about no one at the address or just can't make the delivery and lie about no one at the address. I have CCTV so I know this to be the case. I will not buy from anyone who I knows uses this awful company because there is always issues.

Terrible service. Please avoid..

Rubbish service, no times lot given and then lies about attempted delivery. I was working outside at the so called attempted time of delivery!! Didn't see anyone come to my door. And no reason exactly why delivery was not successfully done. What a service and waste of my time. Hope the owners do something about their service

What a let down, no time slot provided. Then told attempted delivery, I have a ring camera and there wasn’t any attempted delivery. Hermes!! Why are you so dishonest? Tell the truth and install a little faith.

Very slow delivery.

Bloody ZERO tracking information + lies about attempted delivery, NO calling card or email, text. Absolutely appalling couriers

Absolutely useless, avoid if possible.

This is the worst service in UK. Don't use this company!!!

Very poor service. Delivery takes 2 to 3months. You may never get your parcel.
