Totally confusing. Do not state the package is on its way before it has been dispatched. Just tell the truth, customers are more understanding if they get accuracy over speed. I have had deliveries from amazon couriers for many years. Their updates are fast and accurate. I will in future abstain from ordering from amazon if hermes or Eviri are the couriers. Tracking has to be accurate this day and age. And hermes and Eviri are the two companies that let amazon down.

Might have changed the name but same bad service . Wouldn't use them if I had a choice

I refuse to buy anything off Facebook as everything is sent from the far East and it takes a month for Herpes to deliver. The change to Evie or Whistl means any package is impossible to trace. It is now the end of February and I am still waiting for these clowns to deliver an item from early January.

Very poor service, since they changed to Evri they have got 100% worse, Average of two weeks delivery. Crap

Since Hermes has become Evri they have gone even more down hill, Take an average of 1.5 - 2 weeks delivery instead of the previous 3 - 4 days

They left it outside my front door and it got stolen. Waste of time, money, resources, DO NOT USE HERMES

My package didn’t be delivered

The item was not delivered on 21st and it's been 4 working days .I need to be contacted inorder for the delivery guy to get in, but no body called.Please can the delivery guy try and call me when he is in the area.
