Parcel after parcel has been lost or taken over a month to be delivered, this service is a joke

Parcel never delivered cant contact anybody to help worst delivery service ever !!!!!

Says delivered but not here, idiots can't even read an address

If i could give less than 1 star i would, service is abysmal.

According to the tracking number, there is no exact information about the delivery date. it is not possible to track the shipment in real time. you just have to sit at home, leave all your work and wait for the parcel to be delivered, it could be today. tomorrow or in a few days.

Very slow service weeks late

Hermes managed to lose yet another parcel at their depot. Now there is a surprise (not), lol

Does not update your item to be delivered or give you a contact number.

Very poor. They come by on days you're not expecting them to. There are zero notifications sent. No time slot given. No real time tracking.

Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. They've lost my parcel. Never delivered, marked as delivered, legs of some random guy at random doorstep provided as proof of delivery, not even a sign of the adress of that doorstep, don't recognize any

Had message to say that parcel had been delivered to household on 18/2/2023 at 11-08. Nothing has been delivered or left anywhere on our property. When I tried tracking using the tracking it came up that my postcode didn’t correspond to the tracking number!!! Furious!!!
