The disgrace of a company you are will follow you lifetimes on end. If Hermes would be other than the worst delivery company it is, it would be Herpes.

Have not received my parcel 2 weeks overdue to be delivered to me. With no contact about my item.

Worst delivery system I’ve ever come across in my entire life. They be lost at least 3 parcels adressed to my attention over the years. Opened a case that never got resolved months after months. It’s probably still open. From 4 years ago. Lately got my latest parcel left at the gate in the street with a picture but supposed to be on its way. So don’t know if this is ever going to be at my door. Another £20 lost maybe. Total so far with previous loss around £70. Thank you Hermès, Evri or whatever your next name will be. Evri delivery they mess up…….. That’s a good tagline for you guys.

Order will arrive by 8pm Friday, no where to be seen. Car booked in to have part fitted that hasn’t arrived, useless!

Paid extra for my order to arrive 17/02/23. Amazon said it work arrive by 20:00. Hasn’t even left your depot and it’s 18:00. Guess I won’t be getting my order

It's slowest service among all other courier

I am amazed that in the past month I have had all my delivery"s in time, at the moment they are better than R.M.

Useless . Tracking is pointless and the drivers do not even follow delivery instructions !!!! Avoid if you can

Service just lately has been poor. Delivery not even attempted other day (I was in) parcel automatically left with a neighbour. The following delivery (i was out) was left with a neighbour but no card to say which one.Very poor.

I didn’t received my packege

I've been waiting for a parcel for over a week, they said that they've attempted to deliver but no one rang the bell

Worst carrier service ever still waiting

Delivery driver didn't leave package with any neighbors nor in a safe bin which is right by the door.Instead left a not through door with no info on it!. A little common sense goes a long way, seriously lacking on this attempt.?

Orders go missing or are of delayed

0 notification, no arrived in time. Late or nothing.. wtf..
