I never got my parcel even though it says it’s been delivered, no way of contacting Evri. Says it’s been left in a safe place but it’s no where. Wouldn’t use them again.

Parcel was already two days late when I get an email about an attempted delivery. Funny as I had been sitting in my house when this delivery was apparently attempted and no one was near the door. How is this company still in business. Pathetic.

Worst delivery service ever. How are they still in business? Don’t actually try to deliver parcels

Slowly serving and incorrect tracking

Received message to confirm my delivery but when l get home there was nothing. Hermes what’s going on honestly

Normal form for this company. Tracking says delivered but no parcel to be seen anywhere

All delivery company are sheet ! Hermes/Evri and more are the same sheet ! All parcel arrive after you need

No notification that a delivery would be taking place. No email or SMS. Only found out delivery had been attempted when I searched up the tracking information on the website. 3rd day the delivery was attempted, I managed to check the tracking information first thing in the morning, which told me a delivery would be attempted between 11:30 and 12:30. This was only added to the tracking system at 10:08, so had to rush home to get there in time. Managed to get home at 11:25, to find the tracking information had updated, and said final delivery was attempted at 11:20, which was earlier than expected. No cards or slips posted through the door on any of the deliveries. Item ordered was custom/personalised, so been struggling to get it back ever since.

Would give them a nil but no option to do that. You can’t get in touch with them a disgraceful company would never use them again

Said left at a neighbour didn’t say what neighbour. Can’t contact.

Still in the depot since 6 February 2023 my.other parcel received the day after was delivered. Both parcels.are from the same company so why can you deliver one but not the other????

Shocking delivery, no contacts from them at all, they couldn’t careless about your product you have bought
