Since when has parcel put behind the bin in front garden for all to see, classed as "A SAFE PLACE????". Had several items go missing and it would be great to speak to a human rather than an automated service that has you round the bend. Customer service must not dare answer calls due to the ridiculous amounts of complaints because of a diabolical work force that will dump people's parcels anywhere in all weather with no regard. This company is the worst of the worst.

I have no idea where my parcel is. There was no card or any info left through the letterbox. Amazon app says it's been delivered to a the safe place. No idea what that means. So far, I've checked with some of the neighbours, bins, nearby areas etc. No idea how to get my parcel or refund.

I hate hermes, you never turn up when expected and just keep people waiting in for deliverys that don't turn up, awful service, if I buy anything on line again, will not purchase if they use your service, why can't you be more like royal mail parcels or dpd or any other parcel service, I don't have problems with them but always have with you, thanks for making me stay in all day for nothing when you said parcel would be here Tuesday, wendesday the latest, I hate your service with a vengeance, ps I haven't give you a star, did by accident but your site is so woeful I can't remove it, what a joke

If there was minus stars then I would leave minus. Parcel has sat at " sender's local depot" for over a week so far. Was showing as deliver before 8pm till 8pm came around at which point message changed to " running late". Absolutely sick fed up waiting in for parcels that never arrives from Hermes/every.

Has sat in senders local depot for over a week. Obviously late. Was due to arrive before 8pm and at 8pm the message then changed to running late. Shame I waited in for the parcel. They obviously knew they didn't have it out for delivery so why not notify people so they don't wait in for deliveries that cannot possibly arrive.

Trading standards should really look in to this company. Absolutely awful. Had an email to say they would deliver my parcel on Saturday, then one to say sorry can't deliver today, it will be delivered in 24 hours the next working day, it's n8w Monday, again it said it will be delivered today, nothing to say they can't yet again, it's now 10.44pm and it still hasn't arrived. It would help if companies would stop using this diabolical company!!
