Parcel was scanned to return to sender before Evri/HermesUK got it... Shambles

I have no idea where my parcel is. There was no card or any info left through the letterbox. Amazon app says it's been delivered to a the safe place. No idea what that means. So far, I've checked with some of the neighbours, bins, nearby areas etc. No idea how to get my parcel. Contacted the provider from Amazon, but not sure how long that will take.

Petition Amazon. Don't use Hermes.

The following message says it all. Unfortunately, Hermes UK ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again.

Trading standards should really look in to this company. Absolutely awful. Had an email to say they would deliver my parcel on Saturday, then one to say sorry can't deliver today, it will be delivered in 24 hours the next working day, it's n8w Monday, again it said it will be delivered today, nothing to say they can't yet again, it's now 10.44pm and it still hasn't arrived. It would help if companies would stop using this diabolical company!!

Rubbish service.Parcel left somever on wrong address. Rubbish picture quality. I don't know how get back my parcel.

When they were Hermes I had no complaints. Evri are a disaster.... parcels missing, packages opened and dumped on my doorstep. Latest issue ... they have had a parcel of mine since 30 January and their site has no tracking information regarding delivery of my package! 06 Feb 23

Great cost effective service but I think delivery driver should handle the packages more carefully. But it’s faster then Royal Mail. Please keep the price lower

You changed your name to get rid off your bad reputation. Try changing the reputation to get a better name. A delivery service that cannot deliver. Simple.

Delivered my parcel 3days early, great, shuvved in my garden no card through door or email to say delivered found on estimated delivery day in the garden wet. Communication is key
