Failed delivery and haven’t seen the parcel since

What a waste of time and money never use hermes

I have to receive the order a week ago, and I have been waiting for a week, and until now, the order has not arrived

Still waiting on a parcel which according to tracking has been with them since 6th Jan. Its now 2nd Feb

I'm very unhappy, I'm at home all day and these idiots write that they can't deliver because I'm not at home!!!! Fools, idiots and lazy people.

The worst company! Lost or stole my parcel it has never been delivered. When you check on their system it says. It has been collected.

If there was an option for ZERO stars , then this is what this company deserves . Delivery is two days late and no sign of it having left the depot .

terrible service. couriers steal packages. indicate that the parcel was delivered. they take a picture of your door as if the parcel was delivered, but in fact there is no parcel. they just don't leave it. I sat at home all day, I track the parcel, then I see a photo of the door that I delivered the parcel about 10 minutes ago - I went out into the street. but there is no parcel. and this happens very often, out of 10 parcels through this service, 3-4 parcels reached, the rest parcels of the couriers appropriated

I have to refund my order because its a month late

Absolutely useless courier. Taking on average 2-3 weeks to deliver a 48hr delivery. Cant believe retailers use them. I had problems with every single Hermes delivery and now refuse to order anything that involves these jokers

Parcel left outside in full view, found blown away in the garden. Poor service, not left in a safe place. Parcel wet.

My parcel was delivered to 56 Maryon Road and not to my address 56 Kidd Place Was kindly handed over to me at my address

Fast, good tracking. Completely don't agree with low star rate. For me 5 stars service.

Expecting a parcel from eBay ordered over two weeks ago. Still not received it and now passed it’s estimated delivery date. No tracking updates since dispatched a week ago. This has happened with previous deliveries. Pathetic excuses given for delays which doesn’t affect any other courier company. Appalling and unacceptable standard of service. In my opinion Hermes/Evri are by far the worst courier company in the UK.

Depot, received my parcel on 10 January - 19 days later, it had still not left depot or been delivered ?
