Hermes sold cars and now deliver using donkeys.... So, that the reason so looooong delivery time.....

To slow in delivering

Worst courier service I have ever dealt with, I will be boycotting any company using this non service. With the amount of negative feedback one would think that there would be a big rethink of the companies policies and procedures.

My delivery man is good have not had a problem with my delivery s as yet so no complaints

Really bad service. They haven't delivered my parcel and is out since December ???

My parcel is said to be delivered. But I didn't find one. I'm chasing constantly they say talk to ebay. Ebay blames them. Worst courier service tbh. Lady said their drivers scan the parcels at home and they forget to deliver. I'm still waiting for my parcel. H03JCA0000035351

Very poor service, sat at receiving depot for three days before being processed. Taken far too long to deliver.

My package is said to be delivered and I cannot find it, its been days. I'm so heartbroken

I would have given them no stars! Unreliable never on time! Never had a parcel on the day expected. Terrible service with unreliable tracking

From the 19th of December when hermes accepted the order and collected on 24th and its been processing from the 27th till now and haven't even received it yet

When i ever see that a parcel is shipped through this pathetic company i want to cry, its a 10% out of 100% that the courier would deliver it to the correct address or deliver it at all. I would NEVER willingly use this company.

he says he tried to turn me in and I wasn't at home HOW come I'm at home every day! hardly touch the company or knock on the door, I'm sick of mistakes!

Absolutely useless. If my parcel doesnt get lost it gets left in stupid places. Had one left in the bin at one stage
