Took 15 days more disappointed

My parcel isn't here when said disgusting was waiting on it

Hate this courier, always an issue, always late, always damaged, why do people insist on using it,

Hermes are getting worse instead of better

Terrible service which seems the norm rather than the exception with Hermes

Hard to get a tracking up date always showing tracking number cannot be found. Was to be here on sat waited all day no delivery. Then got different day for delivery. Worst courier for delivery. They need to get their act together and sort out what wrong with their delivery system.

Website difficult to navigate and no details as to where parcel left - just says with a neighbour…which???! I’ll just have to wait until whichever neighbour it is lets me know they’ve got it. Frustrating.

Waiting over 3 weeks still no parcel

Item apparently arrived. It has not. Been left in back door,but there is no acces to back door.

Worst courier company out there! My package was delivered to a completely different address than on the sticker. They probably come up with addresses to which they deliver things for which people often pay a lot of money. HERMES - THIS COMPAMY IS AN UNFUNNY JOKE!

Just awful the worst won't ever I wouldn't give it 1 star !!! No choice I will never anything if they use Hermes to deliver so many lost parcels and money! DO NOT USE

Should recieved by 6th January tracking showing on hold still havent recieved my item what a joke

I have also been told my parcel was delivered yesterday I also have looked around my property knocked on next door and nothing this has got to be the worst company to deliver ?robbing twats
