Worst I’ve seen been waiting for a parcel for over 3 weeks

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered part for car on 5th Jan, been awaiting pick up since 7th Jan and still not received it yet, 13th Jan. I would NEVER use this company myself, but the ebay seller sent the car part via them. When I saw who were delivering it my heart sank, because I just KNEW there would be problems, and I wasn't wrong. They need a kick up the arse to get there delivery service sorted.

What liars!! Saying tried to deliver package 2 days running,then saying on its way to courier.Will never again buy from sellers who use Hermes.

Absolutely terrible service this is parcel number 4 lost due to this company. Why on earth are these idiots still in business

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. I have searched everywhere outside my property (including the bins, as that seems to be a popular place to leave parcels) for a parcel that says delivered (but nothing to say where it has been left) and there is nothing anywhere.

After waiting in two days.. you lied to the seller saying you attempted delivery last night 6pm.. not true.. I checked this morning you said you would tell me when out for delivery.. you didn’t.. and now update saying you were out this morning! Why no update advising out for delivery as advised.. I went out for an hour!! You haven’t even left a card saying you were here.. worst company ever for incompetence and lies

Bought item 2weekes ago from Manchester I live in Manchester usually takes 3to4 days it's been out for delivery 7days still not received parcel

Everytime I’ve had Hermes it’s delayed

Waited from 8am until 8pm yesterday . Update said attempted delivery 6.30pm absolute rubbish no attempt made at my door other parcels from other companies we’re right on time!

I have not received the package

Not happy at all says my parcel delivered has not said be later then 8pm waited and waited had message saying delivered well not to me its not thats for sure fuming .
