My parcel was marked as delivered today but it wasn't. It looks that this horrible reviews are really truth.

Should not be allowed to trade. Shocking company. It has made me stop ordering from Amazon now they are using them

I've Been Waiting For My Delivery And It Still Shows That They Haven't Bothered To Deliver Amazon Shows It Ment To Be Delievered Today And Still Nothing

No point in telling my eBay purchase account your going to deliver and not inform me direct ie emails and why not leave with neighbours

Just way too slow, they keep parcels for over 5 days, then drive straight past your home without dropping off goods, so end up waiting even longer, a SNAIL could deliver quicker

Not happy that your drivers say they have delivered the item when they clearly haven’t. Very disappointed and my son works for you lot im glad he’s not a liar.

Under the name of Hermes, the service was OK, but Evri is utterly useless. They put parcels out for delivery, then don't deliver, and they put parcels on 'hold' indefinitely. You cannot speak with anyone, and a child could design a better automated chat line, which is the worst I have ever encountered. The service from Evri could not be worse - they do not deserve to be in business and I will go out of my way to avoid Evri, and to prevent anyone sending anything to me using Evri. There are just not the words and Evri does not even merit a one-star rating.

Absolutely rubbish. I won’t buy from suppliers if they use Hermes. Nightmare.

This is my second review it is now close to 9 weeks and still no delivery if I order on line I will make dame shore they don't use this company plus they are all over the news

Always arrive later than delivery date If they arrive at all.I do not understand how with this many bad reviews companies are still using this service . It’s a in convenience requesting refunds then waiting for that to b processed Not a happy customer here
