Cannot honestly understand why any retail company would use this courier the only time my parcels are delayed or go missing is when this company is the courier

Expected delivery 9th hermes have had my parcel sine the 3rd jan yet I’m still waiting

Need more info on tracking

This company needs to be shut down so many parcels missing and from what I've seen on the news they steal the parcels and sell them retailers need to stop using them. Only put 1 star because you have to they are not worth that

I'm still waiting for my delivery ?

I currently have THREE parcels sat in the Hermes depot. They all arrived there before Xmas, so up to three weeks ago. I wish I was surprised, but this is the kind of catastrophically awful service I have come to expect of Hermes/Evri. I honestly don't know why any seller would ever use them. Just disgusting.

Honestly can’t get in touch with anyone I ordered a parcel from ted baker on the 15/12/22 the last know piece of information was that it had been out for delivery which was cancelled due to bad weather. However this was on 24/12/22. I have had no updates, no contact. I either want my parcel or to be refunded as what was a Christmas gift has become completely pointless

Local courier has had parcel since l December 30th it's 10th of January still not here. I think looking at the other reviews they just steal everybody's stuff.

Totally unacceptable service had 3 emails saying its out for delivery and never arrived.
