Hi I have not received my parcel.

The worst service that I have ever seen.

Where are my clothing coats and other items from hausad clothing website please find my parcel now and redeliver

The absolute pits in delivery service. Had a courier try and deliver today, try being the operative word. Didn't knock the door or ring the bell, just pushed a card through the letterbox. I wouldn't have known there was anyone there other than the postbox slammed. Less than 10 seconds to get to door, no sign of courier or parcel. It couldn't get anymore crap except I now have to keep looking through the CCTV to see if anyone's outside, as they have no intention of doing what they're paid for i.e. delivering parcels instead of inconvenience. If it wasn't such a joke I'd be angry. Cheers Stoke hub, try vetting your couriers before you send them out. Absolutely useless

Worst service ever contacted them twice they said they’d have it shipped within 4 days 8 days after they received it and still haven’t

it's a medicine, people, a herbal product that was supposed to come five days ago, it's still not there???

Worst courier service I have experienced, hermes have lost the plot and the Redditch depot is the worst!

This is by far the worst delivery company. If I had known the sell used them I would not have ordered from them. Always very late and sometimes not delivered at all.

Parcel arrived today happy days no problems ?

Hermes sold cars and now deliver using donkeys.... So, that the reason so looooong delivery time.....

To slow in delivering

Worst courier service I have ever dealt with, I will be boycotting any company using this non service. With the amount of negative feedback one would think that there would be a big rethink of the companies policies and procedures.

My delivery man is good have not had a problem with my delivery s as yet so no complaints

Really bad service. They haven't delivered my parcel and is out since December ???

My parcel is said to be delivered. But I didn't find one. I'm chasing constantly they say talk to ebay. Ebay blames them. Worst courier service tbh. Lady said their drivers scan the parcels at home and they forget to deliver. I'm still waiting for my parcel. H03JCA0000035351
