Well it's happened again no parcel which should of been delivered today and guess what no parcel, there should be no Hermes letting customers down.

it takes two weeks until they check the shipment and contact the deliverer courier on Web was shipped 3-7 days but it takes about 2 months till I get my order ?

The absolute pits in delivery service. Had a courier try and deliver today, try being the operative word. Didn't knock the door or ring the bell, just pushed a card through the letterbox. I wouldn't have known there was anyone there other than the postbox slammed. Less than 10 seconds to get to door, no sign of courier or parcel. It couldn't get anymore crap except I now have to keep looking through the CCTV to see if anyone's outside, as they have no intention of doing what they're paid for i.e. delivering parcels instead of inconvenience. If it wasn't such a joke I'd be angry. Cheers Stoke hub, try vetting your couriers before you send them out. Absolutely useless

Worst courier service I have experienced, hermes have lost the plot and the Redditch depot is the worst!

This is by far the worst delivery company. If I had known the sell used them I would not have ordered from them. Always very late and sometimes not delivered at all.
