the worst delivery company, they never delivered on time

Parcel was picked up from seller on the 29.12.22 and still hasn’t arrived and tracking number doesn’t work!! Where is my order?

for 10 days nothing has changed, it says that the delivery is delayed due to bad weather

Awaiting parcel due for delivery on 3rd January 2023. Hermes acknowledge they have the parcel but to date not delivered ?

Always problem with parcels

Have been waiting for parcel since before Christmas. It said it would be delivered on 29thDecember. But of course it still hasn’t arrived. Had problems with this company before

Awful useless waist of time and money I don't know why some companies using them waiting for my parcel for last 2 weeks every day new excuse I wish if can give them -20 star

I would give 0 stars if I could . 5 parcels still waiting to be delivered ( one since before Christmas) - one parcel allegedly delivered but with no proof and no parcel. Really not sure what is going on. If you have to use this company get parcels sent to a pick up store it seems the only way to get a parcel. Hundred of missing parcels alone from where I live - BBC have even done a report this week on how bad things have become. Where have all these parcels gone?

Items stuck in transit since November 2022

I don’t wish to give you even 1star but can’t leave a review if I don’t Rubbish didn’t deliver my items still in transit since November???!!!!

Absolutely awful 7 out of 13 parcels were not delivered since November 2022 when I opened multiple cases to chase up what has happened I’m given nothing in return A DISGRACE YOU SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

Not good at all. Very slow.

Terrible didn't even deliver to my address they left with a neighbour with out my permission
