every time i order off Amazon and there is a delivery by Hermes there is a problem with the delivery!! i paid extra for the last item for next day delivery,now i am told it could be 3days late!! thats if Hermes can find my address!! thats the usual excuse i get!! not happy

I order about 20 par els a week . This year only 4 have not turned up . All 4 were hermes deliveries where driver delivered to the wrong house in the wrong street

07.01.2023 said my parcel is out for delivery it's now almost 3 am on the 8th Jan 2023 no delivery where is it ?

Package has been at depot since the 7th Dеc.It's now the 7th January. Useless! Why do Ebay continue to use Hermes?! Good luck!

Terrible company as bad as parcel to go , says my parcel was left in secure delivery box at address we don’t have a delivery box and I was there at the stated delivery time !!
