Package has been at depot since the 29th Dec. It's now the 7th January. Useless! Why do Amazon continue to use Hermes?! Good luck if your parcel passes anywhere near Merseyside.

Fast delivery kept me up-to-date with my parcel

Tracking stuck on 15 Dec 22 ,still not received parcel.

Load of rubbish, waiting from 15/12/22 for courier to deliver. Still not received it.

Not good at all. Very slow.

Parcel collected from source 4 days ago, delivery expected yesterday and still waiting.

Late every time. Sometimes by days... I wouldn't use hermes if I had a choice.

Tracking is useless it says delivered to address but no card or where it is ..what neighbour if any please give me a clue. I have not got my parcel ..is it deliver and seek . I don't want to go looking or guessing who has my parcel ..looking at Facebook it's probably being sold at a Hermes car boot .. shambles courrier service

Very badly service. Just writing delivered, but where is parcel I have to found my self.

I still haven't received my package is say it was delivered to me but I never received it

Parcel was not delivered on the day promised. I don't understand why companies continue to use Hermes as they are rubbish. Have contacted my supplier and asked them to motivate their so called delivery specialists
