Parcel collected from source 4 days ago, delivery expected yesterday and still waiting.

Late every time. Sometimes by days... I wouldn't use hermes if I had a choice.

Says delivered, I've not received. A company that can't follow instructions or likes to keep people's orders themselves! POOR SERVICE

What a shambles! Let down every single time. Getting really fed up with Evri wish there was an option to NOT USE THEM!!!!

I checked my parcel and I saw this write.”Something went wrong “. I am still waiting for my parcel. Please leave if you don't know this business because you are doing nothing but making people wait and piss off.

Tracking is useless it says delivered to address but no card or where it is ..what neighbour if any please give me a clue. I have not got my parcel ..is it deliver and seek . I don't want to go looking or guessing who has my parcel ..looking at Facebook it's probably being sold at a Hermes car boot .. shambles courrier service

Very badly service. Just writing delivered, but where is parcel I have to found my self.

Parcel was not delivered on the day promised. I don't understand why companies continue to use Hermes as they are rubbish. Have contacted my supplier and asked them to motivate their so called delivery specialists

How long does it take to deliver 12.5kg of monkey nuts from Manchester to Leeds? Too long is the answer, it's been sitting in your warehouse for two flippin days, and you're still showing it's delayed. Amazon is showing me it will be delivered by 8pm tonight, Hermes hasn't even received it yet...FFS get a bloody grip no wonder you only get 1 star!!

Would give a 0 if that were possible saw at 11:34 (that’s when it was updated) that parcel was coming between 11 and 1 checked at 1:35 when still nothing it was changed at 11:35 saying would deliver the following working day still not heard anything! Worsts service ever preferred Royal Mail on strike!

Item has been in the depot since 30th December. It is now 6th January

Hermes is a complete waste of time no one to talk to absolutely a disgrace

Ordered items on 22/11/2022 and as of today 06/01/2023 two parcels have still not arrived. These were supposed to be my wife’s Christmas gifts. Terrible service, to be avoided at all cost.
