How long does it take to deliver 12.5kg of monkey nuts from Manchester to Leeds? Too long is the answer, it's been sitting in your warehouse for two flippin days, and you're still showing it's delayed. Amazon is showing me it will be delivered by 8pm tonight, Hermes hasn't even received it yet...FFS get a bloody grip no wonder you only get 1 star!!

Says delivered not received. Been in all day no delivery ??

Would give a 0 if that were possible saw at 11:34 (that’s when it was updated) that parcel was coming between 11 and 1 checked at 1:35 when still nothing it was changed at 11:35 saying would deliver the following working day still not heard anything! Worsts service ever preferred Royal Mail on strike!

Item has been in the depot since 30th December. It is now 6th January

Ordered items on 22/11/2022 and as of today 06/01/2023 two parcels have still not arrived. These were supposed to be my wife’s Christmas gifts. Terrible service, to be avoided at all cost.

From last three 3 days tracking says hermes has collectes and still no update i m waiting for this item from 22nd of December i dont know what they r trying to do why they not getting this sorted

I ordered in November 2022 order tracked and says delivered its knw January 2023 I have re I've nothing useless company.

I have been ripped off by this company twice now. Say your delivery was delivered don't leave a picture or they do but my front door is closed an left on step o return home just before Xmas and my parcel no longer there and only person seen on my step was delivery driver they need to sack a people I think

It should be between 4pm and 6pm, now is 10:15pm and no one shows up...no parcel...no information...what it is?

Been waiting 2 days now usually on ball with my deliveries but wens and tonight an hr slot between 5and 6 still no show its now just after 8pm whats going on really dissapointed

The delivery guy don’t even try to deliver the package. He just leave it to next day.
