Hermes is a joke !

Just put tracking number into Hermes system, which shows on 2nd Jan that they haven’t yet received the parcel into their depot, however, the Amazon tracking site tells a different story ? It says handed to Hermes 3rd Jan ?? What’s going on ???

Waiting on several parcels that were ordered beginning of December and it says still transit! Absolute waste of a company!

Parcel was picked up from suppler on 29th December. Should have arrived yesterday but on making enquiry with supplier via amazon found that parcel lost during transit. That is just like your company one of the worst there is

This company is a joke

I've order an item from ebay and I recive an email from hermes that its delivered to neighbours, just any from my neighbours get anything for me! I didnt recive any note which neighbours should my parcel be in and was looking for it and unfortunately couldnt find it! Wrrrr ... spend money for parcel, didnt get refond coz its shows delivered and I never got it!!!! Tragic!!!!! So disappointed!!!!!

Still waiting for parcel should be before Xmas

Ordered my Xmas present 14th December still hasn’t come I’m not able for a refund as it it still expected to arrive! Joke

Just a useless company

Item supposed to arrive 22 of December and still nothing

Claims via Amazon to have delivered my parcel, I've not received it! Tracking states 3 weeks ago they couldn't deliver due to bad weather... We didn't have it so bad that no one was able to drive about! Appalled by the service!

Not happy at all. Out for delivery 5 days ago still not received no updates no one ever answers the phone. Where are my goods? The drivers are usually very kind but the service from the hubs are atrocious
