I have my parcel arrive I can't get into the Hermes Account to receive it when it Arrives

My item was meant for someone's birthday but I still haven't received my parcel. They are saying they are trying to get it to me on the next working day but this has been going on for over a week. Now I've missed the birthday.

They are so slow they couldn't catch a cold!

Still awaiting a package that was due to be delivered on 17th December and apparently according to the tracking number it’s on its way every day!

This was a Christmas present ordered on the 8th December 2022 on the 17th December you still have it telling me it's on next day delivery. Wow 18 Days later on the 4th January 2023 still no parcel and you still going to send it next day delivery your a joke ......

Have been waiting since the 29th for my order and it looks like its missing have had no update at all. Looks like they cannot keep a check on staff to were missing goods are. As they get assigned to the driver. Best thing is that don't keep us updated with anything. And we have to take time out to chase it. Not fair. EBay needs to use another courier am fuming

Was supposed to get my parcel on 2nd, been told that they’ve tried to deliver on the 2nd & on the 3rd but haven't received anything to say I’ve missed it, I haven’t missed it as I’m off work still. Still waiting for it

My sons parcel was sent to your company on the 12 of December so why has it still not come ?? An answer would be nice please

My parcel was being delivered on the 20th December apparently... Still waiting on the 4th January, ridiculous

Omg it's been a month since these people recieved my parcel. It shouldn't take a month for it to send from England to Ireland. I've had things I ordered from China since this and they have arrived before it. Don't use this parcel company, they can't even bother updating the tracking it's january 4th yet the last update was December 16th. Where is my parcel?

Several times when shopping from eBay, the seller used the consignment company, but I never received the goods.

Absolute joke ,my parcel was due 28th December for a birthday present still waiting and it’s now nearly the 4th of January
