EXTREMELY DISGUSTED!! Purolator should be ASHAMED of the Lack of Quality of Service plus the damages to shipped products also the complete ignorance of where the random package is placed at its destination point and even that is rare to have it arrive to the proper address.Wasting customers time of having to ship the product back and wait longer for the the replacement of the original item. Purolator should be accountable to us as customers and should have to PAY a compensatory cost to each and every customer that they do this to. The worst part of this is dealing with the ignorant and rude people that are at the warehouses or on the phone trying to blame someone else and saying it’s not their fault.

Worst service ever. He says that the order was not delivered, because the address is wrong. Interesting, because for Amazon or others my adress is good for delivery. Do the employees of this company do not know how to use Google Map ? You are the worst agency in the world !!!

For over a year it cost me $100 to send my package. Until one day I decided to go online only to discover that using the envelope rather than the soft package would cost me only $50! It was never mentioned or offered. I also think it's really bad business that you pay all of this money to apparently get a guaranteed delivery time/date, BUT, if it doesn't get delivered at said time/date you as the paying customer have zero recourse. They miss there own deadline and you just eat the cost.

Very bad service. Missed the first attempt to get my parcel, was told where to pick it up , drove there 3 nights in a row to get the parcel and was not there , called purolator to get another delivery date and they came a day early so i was out , went back to the pick up store twice and still don’t have my parcel

This is the most sitiest service I’ve ever seen. I’m never going to use this company again. I was supposed to receive my parcel on NOV.24.2023. The gave me misscall and left voicemail claiming they’re missing unit number, I called them, they fixed and told I should be able to receive it on 29. I kept tracking the whole day and at the end of the day it says “your parcel is returned to the facility” when I called them they said they don’t know the reason why the driver return it back but I should be able to get the next day which is today. Now I’m tracking and it says my parcel is still at the facility. I’m never going you use this company again. I would advise anyone not to take a risk and use this company because they’re not trustable and they’re full of lies. Thank you .

On the 20th of November 2023 isent a file an envelope with purolator I paid for 140 to be received in 3 days they promised to destination today the 29th of November my envelope is still in transit. I receive after 1 week 7 days a phone call from them asking me the telephone number at the destination gave it to them but after that silence I am in shock how somebody can charge that amount of money without doing their promised job NEVER AGAIN

Very bad service. He said to me I delivered your parcel today. But I didn’t receive now. Now they to me. We deliver 1 dec. then we not receive your parcel 1 December. We refund your payment next day. Its very bad.

Order of 2 twin bed frames dumped in front of garage doors, no notice it was out for delivery and driver did not ring doorbell to let us know he had delivered the items. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
