Poor service
They wont call even once if they don't find the location. They will return back the parcel. Also please at least use Google.

The Vernon B C office is terrible to deal with.they do not deliver in the city of Vernon. They are failing to deliver for their clients and the customer suffers as they now have to drive to Purolator office to pick up a parcel that should be delivered to the door.The staff is surly and rude, probably as they have to deal with upset customers let down by the terrible service. Whoever manages this office needs to sacked, if the terrible service is due to head office then then pity the employees who have to deal with the public, good luck.

EXTREMELY DISGUSTED!! Purolator should be ASHAMED of the Lack of Quality of Service plus the damages to shipped products also the complete ignorance of where the random package is placed at its destination point and even that is rare to have it arrive to the proper address.Wasting customers time of having to ship the product back and wait longer for the the replacement of the original item. Purolator should be accountable to us as customers and should have to PAY a compensatory cost to each and every customer that they do this to. The worst part of this is dealing with the ignorant and rude people that are at the warehouses or on the phone trying to blame someone else and saying it’s not their fault.

Worst service ever. He says that the order was not delivered, because the address is wrong. Interesting, because for Amazon or others my adress is good for delivery. Do the employees of this company do not know how to use Google Map ? You are the worst agency in the world !!!

The worst delivery service ever. Took a day off work to get my delivery and waited all day for them to tell me that it’s not coming.. Will not use this company for service again.

For over a year it cost me $100 to send my package. Until one day I decided to go online only to discover that using the envelope rather than the soft package would cost me only $50! It was never mentioned or offered. I also think it's really bad business that you pay all of this money to apparently get a guaranteed delivery time/date, BUT, if it doesn't get delivered at said time/date you as the paying customer have zero recourse. They miss there own deadline and you just eat the cost.

Bad service! Tracking updates and speaking to an agent are different stories. it says ready for pick up. but the other one says they will deliver!
