Very bad service. Missed the first attempt to get my parcel, was told where to pick it up , drove there 3 nights in a row to get the parcel and was not there , called purolator to get another delivery date and they came a day early so i was out , went back to the pick up store twice and still don’t have my parcel

Worst service ever … items never delivered and no customer service to contact

This is the most sitiest service I’ve ever seen. I’m never going to use this company again. I was supposed to receive my parcel on NOV.24.2023. The gave me misscall and left voicemail claiming they’re missing unit number, I called them, they fixed and told I should be able to receive it on 29. I kept tracking the whole day and at the end of the day it says “your parcel is returned to the facility” when I called them they said they don’t know the reason why the driver return it back but I should be able to get the next day which is today. Now I’m tracking and it says my parcel is still at the facility. I’m never going you use this company again. I would advise anyone not to take a risk and use this company because they’re not trustable and they’re full of lies. Thank you .

On the 20th of November 2023 isent a file an envelope with purolator I paid for 140 to be received in 3 days they promised to destination today the 29th of November my envelope is still in transit. I receive after 1 week 7 days a phone call from them asking me the telephone number at the destination gave it to them but after that silence I am in shock how somebody can charge that amount of money without doing their promised job NEVER AGAIN

Very bad service. He said to me I delivered your parcel today. But I didn’t receive now. Now they to me. We deliver 1 dec. then we not receive your parcel 1 December. We refund your payment next day. Its very bad.

Order of 2 twin bed frames dumped in front of garage doors, no notice it was out for delivery and driver did not ring doorbell to let us know he had delivered the items. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Said my parcel was delivered on nov. 10...it wasn't delivered to my address so don't know who got it.

terrible service I live in an apartment building my phone is connected to the intercom so when I get a buzz for my apartment it goes right to my cell very easy system even a child can operate but it's rocket science to push 3 numbers and to push send had my cell in had get a message saying no one available to receive phone never rang worst delivery company ever you call complain they don't care just give excuse

Worst place. Had to go pick up my parcel 1 hour away. Asked to call the day of delivery so someone would be home. Nope left a card saying it is at warehouse

Never ship with anything. First of all they ship through Canada post, so you're better of using C post, they are FASTER and CHEAPER. Puroltor delayed both my packages and their customer service do not care or get it. Worst business I have ever dealt with. I will never deal with them again, ever. Trust me, ship through someone else... I will never ever

Very very very poor service. They send you a message undeliverable mean while they drop it off at a local store in town. I told Amazon not to ship with these idiots and they agreed. Still het deliveries from them still have problems.
