Worst service EVER!!! No phone number to call to inquire about deliveries - only online chat an they want to charge you money to be connected to someone!! Absolutely appalling.

Worse carrier. My parcel didn't arrived and it says delivered. I was home the whole day it was said delivered and nobody came. They might send it to the wrong address or the the driver keep it to themselves cause no signature required by the seller. Amazon get rid of them pls.

Poor service, you can't properly track your package. My package should have arrived today by 10:30 am, yet tracking says it is still on truck for delivery. I got the info after having to see and cancel so many ads. Unprofessional service

Definitely, Amazon & anyone else shipping using Purolator should seriously start using a different carrier! It’s not even holiday season & they can’t seem to get themselves organized to get customers their packages on time or even within 24 hrs after the guarantee delivery date!! I wish this was just a one off incident but it’s 95% of anything I get delivered by purolator!

Not impressed at all! Package not delivered and returned to sender (Whirpool). Purolator called me to inform me that the civic number was missing. I am the customer so I gave it to them. They told me to that the change had to be done by Whirpool since they have sent the order. But Purolator was talking to me, the person receiving the package! I called Whirpool and asked that they add the civic number to the package. I was told that Purolator had to do it. When chatting with the Purolator robot, it kept telling me that it had been shipped. I wrote HELP as indicated. I couldn’t get a live person to help me. I am still awaiting for my package 15 days later!

Third review. Purolator completely failed me. I’ve spent countless hours trying to get my package delivered and today they revealed that they pass it over to Canada Post. Thankfully it’s out of Purolator’s hands. I was given a tracking number for CPost and find out that Purolator had recorded an incorrect delivery address, after I twice called and changed the address to my workplace so it would not be missed. They didn’t even ask where’s this business located in the small town when they passed through. Basically they HAD to drive past it, a large structure with name above it, as they headed on to the local post office. With the time I spent on the phone and online with a robot, I picked up the slack in overtime hours worked for them. I give a one star rating for getting out of bed to go for a drive.

Had a delivery but missed it. Notice left gave the wrong tracking number and gave the wrong location where it could be picked up. Spent a better part of 2 hours trying to get a rep to help me find where the package was. Brutal delivery service. Pretty hard to track a oackage given the wrong number. Pretty aggravating to find that the package was suppose to be at a certain location for pick up only to find it was in another city for pick up. Get it together Purolator........if I could leave no stars, I would. Will see if they deliver the package today as promised to to their Supreme errors.....

After several attempts to retrieve my package through a robot or so called expert, I’m directed to a page to enter my credit card info for a “one time $2 fee” plus a monthly membership fee to get the problem created by Purolator’s driver, resolved. I didn’t choose Purolator to have my package sent to me so I’m sure as heck not paying them to correct their mistake and then mess around with trying to cancel the membership. It’s all fine and dandy if they manage to get it right the first time but if you don’t, then give up on Purolator and hope that your sending company will resend…hopefully another way. Purolator, fix your poor delivery service!
