I'm waiting for my order and it doesn't show what's happening

First problem. They knocked on my door, they said, I didn’t hear a knock in my tiny place of 400 square feet, left a notice and it went downhill from there. Nearly two weeks later and 1.5 hours on the phone, exchanging endless info, typing info on their site only to speak with a robot over and over, package is now undeliverable, after verifying info with two different live people. Purolator, your service is nothing but $**!

you are making fun of people, I don't know what company you are but you are not serious, I am waiting for my package to arrive and it is difficult to contact you, please send me the package because I have paid for it

I want an answer, please, why my parcel did not arrive

Poor location availability

It's been 26 days not received my parcel what's going on

Get a text saying it was delivered to our home and it was not. Now I have to go to the depot to pick it up. Pure liars

Pick up parcel on Tuesday in Ontario, should be delivered today, pay extra for 2 day delivery, still in Ontario Don’t use them , call customer service ,their answer is ‘I don’t know’

17 days and still waiting.... I'm noticing a lot of negative reviews, doesn't management care? How can it take over two weeks to ship a small <1 pound parcel from Ottawa to Moncton. This is a failure to provide the service which was paid for. UPS will be the first choice, next time!

Never had a problem with Puralator. Keep on trucking!

Always have problems with purolator. Live in a condo with a gatehouse and they would let them in, but they never do leave the packages. Terrible service.

Great service & Easy, just drop your package off at Staples. Use tracking number to follow it to destination.
