Aproximate time of arrival would have been great I stepped out for 10 minutes and now I cannot pick up till next day afternoon??? I’m leaving town that’s what 1 day ship and you’ll only hold it for 5!!! I often use UPS and they give you ballpark time eta and if you miss you can get it that evening!!!! Very frustrating! Hope to be able to get the parcel before I leave in morning.

Worst service of all the courier services. They never call before delivery of item and they show it missing. No notification left on door.

Worst experience, irresponsible services I ever had. There was a small address mistake they have taken more than a week in second attempt. Still waiting for item.

They dont deserve even one star. It’s definitely the worst courier service out there. Customers are treated like dirt, service updates are woefully out-of-date. They need new branding: PuraLATER - NEVER SOONER. Use this useless delivery service at your peril. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

There should be a zero option to rate this Purolator. They either deliver to the wrong address or don’t even try to deliver and send a text to go to their outlet. Horrible!!!

This package was due here on 16/8/23 has not arrived I’m guessing fastway courier will not process this package for 3 months like they have done to me in the past

Why does it say delivered when pachage was returned to warehouse !? You need to fix this, bad service ! Worst so far

Purple tot is a joke. Sent an envelope with correct address and they’re telling me a need a unit. Have had no update on where it is or what’s going on. Kiosk had a different postal code and was told that’s the one I had to use. It’s funny that the business doesn’t know there own postal code but purolator has every correct one.

Rating is Less than one!!! Totally useless system. My parcel is in 3 different locations??? I’m done chasing it. Telephone contact is absurd. Customer service is non existent!!
