There should be a zero option to rate this Purolator. They either deliver to the wrong address or don’t even try to deliver and send a text to go to their outlet. Horrible!!!

This package was due here on 16/8/23 has not arrived I’m guessing fastway courier will not process this package for 3 months like they have done to me in the past

Why does it say delivered when pachage was returned to warehouse !? You need to fix this, bad service ! Worst so far

Purple tot is a joke. Sent an envelope with correct address and they’re telling me a need a unit. Have had no update on where it is or what’s going on. Kiosk had a different postal code and was told that’s the one I had to use. It’s funny that the business doesn’t know there own postal code but purolator has every correct one.

Rating is Less than one!!! Totally useless system. My parcel is in 3 different locations??? I’m done chasing it. Telephone contact is absurd. Customer service is non existent!!

My house has a large porch with a roof right in the front… EVERY time I have a delivery they leave it on the ground outside my door to the side of the house.. if it’s raining the packages get soaking wet.. who in their right mind would leave packages in the rain instead of on a nice, dry porch?? They literally have to walk past the porch to place the package in the rain on the ground… the delivery people are not the brightest bulbs in the box it seems…

Who does a business transaction & refuses to give a receipt when asked for one. The response is "we no longer gives receipts. You can go online to track it." That is all good & well but I would like a print out of the transaction. I have been bitten once by Purolator where a watch was returned to Amazon, the young girl scanned it & I insisted on a receipt. Good thing I did because weeks later, Amazon claimed they did not receive the watch. I was able to scan the Purolator receipt & that was acceptable for Amazon. I forgot to choose a different option other than Purolator to return packages today. I pray they get back to Amazon without a hitch.
