I received an email stating a delivery was attempted and no one was home and a slip was left on my door. First of all, I was home and I have security footage to back this up and no driver came to my door. Secondly, I phoned Purolator right away and advised them the driver went to the wrong house and the representative said they sent a message to the driver stating for them to drop off my package for sure today at the pickup location here in town ( they did not even offer to redeliver it to my home). I then went to the house where the driver left the slip and it stated I could pick up my package after 3 pm. I went to the pickup location at 4 pm and no package, phoned purolator again and I was told the package was sent back to the warehouse because of a rail derailment in my town and I could pick it up Monday (not delivered to my home) and this is Friday! There was no derailment in my town so that's an out right lie! So now I have to wait till Monday to get my package, total bs. All because of this driver, should lose their job in my opinion! Unacceptable, wish I could leave a zero star.

Must admit I was very upset with purolator for not informing me my order was delayed, I had to complain to get action. Well since that explanation they have made every effect to keep me informed on the train derailment. In my opinion they have exceeded expectations on this very unfortunate accident. Koodos to Purolator..thanks.

I should receive 2 orders and each time it was not delivered because they can't find my address and the next day they found it. Why they find it the second time but not the first time. I lost times on phone for nothing!!!!!

It's a joke reason for non-delivery Address non found, I receive several delivery each day from others companies, they should give to each drivers a GPS!!!!

After paying for a service and not receiving said service (package delivery) that was promised to be delivered Friday. Purolator tells me they will not refund any portion of the fee charged. Nor will they give a credit . Only an apology. I should have had the package put into the regular mail service & it would have got here the same day as Purolator will deliver, minus the $30 courier bill. Unacceptable. Very poor service. Don’t make a promise that you can not deliver on. Bad business practice as far as I’m concerned.

Poorest service ever drivers came to door did not phone said he was downstairs I run down he's not here so you pay all this money for shipping and you have to chase your parcel around and find out where it is bad service all around

It should have delivered till Monday but actually delivered on Wednesday. 2 days delay delivery w courier service is not acceptable paying around $50. This important gov documents delivery complaint issue should be refunded or credited.

Purolator from Gravenhurst, ON. CANADA asured the business, Kubota, where I ordered products from, that they would deliver to my house. This is the third time they did not deliver to my house. I believe I paid for delivery to my house. Why would Purolator deliberately lie again? This is fraud! The outlet for pickup is a half hour drive to and a half hour drive back. There is no reason for this area to be outside your delivery area. Our roads are plowed and sanded on a daily bases. I don't know what Purolators excuse is in the summer. I PAID for safe, honest delivery to my house in timely fashion. Kubota just about lost my business over this. I hope they find a better service. I

Prompt escalation by Supervisor Janelle and Ashley. Very efficiently handled and tracked my courier a travel document. I got it delivered with the said window. They really need to be appreciated for the follow up.
