Mon colis était dû pour mercredi. Le livreur n'a pas trouvé l'adresse, qui est pourtant très visible. Résultats, retourné au centre de traitement et j'ai du appeler pour être sûr de le recevoir 2 jours plus tard. Plusieurs dizaines d'achats en ligne par ans, et aucun service de messagerie n'avait invoqué une telle incompétence pour justifier son retard. Une chance que vous ne livrez chez moi que par exception.

Can’t believe that a driver is so stupid. Doesn’t seem to know the difference between Aldergrove where the parcel was to be delivered and Port Kells where it was delivered.

Purolator in Cornwall was bad for a while but have improved greatly parcels on time and delivered right to my door very polite

Worst delivery service. Always so quick to drop parcels at a depot and not actually deliver especially if the package is heavy

Always had great experience. With customer service in the phone once and deliveries always arrive when they say they will or early. The drivers have always been great with our items and have never broken anything.

Delivery is horrible. Claims they delivered when they haven't. Deliver to wrong address. Say that an attempt at delivery was made, yet I spent entire day at home outside with zero visit from purolator van. The list goes on.
