Supposed to be delivered three days ago. No update. No expected new date. The shipment has been sitting there in their warehouse since August 6. Not the first terrible experience with them and won't be the last I guess. Don't know why Amazon still ships thru them

Terrible experience. An overnight delivery sat in their office for days until we called and complained. They just don’t care. Use someone else.

Horrible service!!! I paid for a package to be delivered then next day ... 61.00 and DID NOT ARRIVE!!! Called the 800 number to purolater and they say ... “sorry in these Covid times we can’t guarantee next day service! Why didn’t they tell me that before I paid 60.00 for service they can’t provide? I will NEVER use purolator again!!!

the receiving agent at the meadowvake branch was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly to say the least. Her service is very very slow as well

I had 3 people on the house and propably the delivery guy didn’t want to hit the door and someone open it and prefer to leave a note that I missed my package at the door ... not good guys

I purchased a pair of shoes from Naturalizer in Perth on July 15/20. It was to be delivered within 3-10 days at my home. It has yet to arrive and it is now Aug 5/20. I called and was placed on hold for up to 33 minutes. When I did get through they told me it was delivered. It was, to somewhere in Ottawa. I do not live in Ottawa now they tell me it has to go to a Review Board and this will take another 9 days. This is not acceptable. At this point, I don’t want the shoes. I want my money back.

Not very happy at all. You delivered my contacts to the wrong address by fault of your own and now I have to wait another week for my special order, which I had paid extra for quicker service. Very displeased. My address was for Maple Ridge, NOT Port Kells. I don't have a clue how that was miscommunicated within your company. Tracking Number RPV000064290.

I’ve had very few problems with purolator. We have ordered a lot of items the past few months. One time they dropped it at the wrong address. But otherwise, never a problem. Drivers are always friendly and helpful. And have helped carry big items in the house. Rather items come by purolator then Canada post
