I hate the way the courier always just leaves packages without confirming that the owner of the packaged received it cause neighbors do steal. Purgatory couriers are responsible

Very unreliable. Delays are unacceptable! I get parcels faster from Europe...8 days, not 2 weeks from Canada within Canada by Purolator!

Tracking the parcel I’m sending. It’s been on vehicle for delivery since July 27 and today is Aug 1. No update since then, it doesn’t make sense that it sits on the vehicle for 4 days with no progress update!

never go the extra mile ...never on time...plus the never take blame it always because of xyz...not my favorite at all but a little better and UPS can you tell they both have a strong union?

It says 5 days from Edmonton to Saskatoon? I could walk faster

Worst service and tracking a person could ask for, it’ll be at least a week for an important parcel from Calgary, and the shipper paid for expedited service. No communication....

Package never arrives as stated we have to add an extra week or two....

Continue to claim my address in undeliverable, never leave a delivery slip, last time I had to call twice and it then still took a week to be able to pick it up at their location, as soon as I see Purolator as the shipper for my package I know I won't be getting my package on time, and will likely need to call a useless customer support line.

Very disappointed with the customer service representative. The person wasn't able to find my package and she hang up after waiting on line for 30 min Worst experience ever

I have used Purolator for 25 years. They have never let me down.

I ordered a pressure cooker from amazon, unfortunately it was delivered At the wrong address. Good thing we checked the tracking history thats why we found out it was delivered at the wrong building. Postal code is different from mine.

Worst couriers take money for delivery and dont deliver i have to drive to warehouse to pickup purchase

My last package was broken open and parts missing also it was 10 days late. You are not my choice of shipping companies . You are not reliable.

Amazon is showing better status of my shipment and location. I was suppose to receive today!!! Still waiting as it shows according to Purolator it’s in Montreal. WTH!!! Where is my shipment?
