Purolator Canada reviews

Package was supposed to arrive on July 16. Today is july 21. Delayed apparently by coronavirus. No new date given.

This is about the worst service ever experienced for me. Absolutely poor performance from all aspects.

I would give a rating lower if I could. My last two packages shipped from Amazon have been lost through Purolator. Not sure what the problem is but... How annoying is that??

It's been sitting at Purolator facility for 4 days? Come on!!!

I wish they used another shipping company

On site says on delivery truck on Thursday in Bathurst, NB and we are Monday still have not get parcel, it chocolate might sll be melted now

Charged me for overnight delivery....2 days later pkg has not arrived

My package was not delivered...saw driver go by my house 3 times..he made no attempt to find my house. Now I can't even find a phone number to talk to someone to get me my package...and no email address. I'm really disgusted with your service .

Slow to pick up, slow to move, little or no info available on tracking. Has delivered to wrong address a couple of times.

Updates are inaccurate, delivery no where near the date mentioned! Canada Post is better

Terrible updates, everything blamed on pandemic!! Absolutely brutal company. Even UPS is driving around and delivering! Would give no stars but clearly not an option!

The worlds worst service. Urgent package promised for delivery no later than Wednesday. Still not there. Very upset

Have had my parcel at the sorting plant for 5 days and still have not shipped it out very poor service live 2 hours from them and going to take 10 days to get my parcel

Ok so why is it the you get an update that the shipment is delayed after the promised time and date. I took the day off work to make sure that the I got the package. So I looked and it was going to be monday by 8pm. Looked monday at 730 and i was still going to receive the package. Then nothing by 8 pm and now it tells me that the package will be delayed 2 to 3 days. I understand it can happen but why not let me know a head of time. Very unprofessional. Last time I use purolator
