Worst delivery service ever encountered..even through the pandemic. The expedited parcel took 1 month instead of 3 days to "almost" reach me. They then have the nerve to send me a notice saying that they attempted delivery but no one was home...even though I have been working on my front lawn all day and haven't seen the hint of a delivery truck. This is beyond ridiculous. This company is straight up taking us for idiots

I would give a rating lower if I could. My last two packages shipped from Amazon have been lost through Purolator. Not sure what the problem is but... How annoying is that??

My package was not delivered...saw driver go by my house 3 times..he made no attempt to find my house. Now I can't even find a phone number to talk to someone to get me my package...and no email address. I'm really disgusted with your service .

Slow to pick up, slow to move, little or no info available on tracking. Has delivered to wrong address a couple of times.
