  • The worst. I missed a package delivery with them. As we were going back and forth by email on what how I could pick up my package, they decided to return to sender. Terrible customer service.

  • It takes 7-10 days instead of 2-3 for my repair parts to arrive. Purolator costs me revenue with their delays. Other couriers do much, much better.

  • Every time I have used purolator or ordered something from a place that uses purolator, the item I ordered is either very very late or never shows up. Last time, purolator tracking says item was delivered on a date, item didn’t actually get delivered till 3 days after that. The item just showed up. I had already called the supplier and reported the item missing. But pain

  • Absolutely terrible. Whenever a company uses Purolator as their primary shipping method I stop buying from them. There is almost always without fail an issue. From being delivered to the wrong address, to drivers not following instructions, to them not knocking on my door but claiming they did and not leaving a slip. It’s shocking that they are owned by Canada Post as they have great customer service but Purolators is beyond pathetic.
