Totally disorganized. It seems that there is total disruption of internal communication between departments. I won’t make any purchase if a seller relies on this unreliable company for delivery.

One of my parcel got delayed with "mechanical issue" but we all know that it is because of the Quebec anniversary yesterday. The mattress that was "out for delivery this morning and that I spent all day waiting for instead of running my errands finally got"delayed due to pandemic" at the END of the day!!!!!

Your delivery man stood outside my building and didn’t even attempt to get in the building and just left... now I have to wait another week

Worst Ever Service didn't even call or care to put a receipt of the shipment on the door.. Never want to try with it don't ever try this

Poor updating I’ve been tracking a package for a week with literally no updates available. I understand covid can delay delivery and that everyone is busy, but communication is key and this is what’s lacking

Purolator is the worst delivery service in Canada. They do not provide accurate order details that leave you guessing when you items will be delivered. I have never experience this amount of hatred than I do for Purolator Canada.

Purolator did not deliver my package and now they will not answer the phone

How does it take 5-6 days for a courier delivery 200km away when I can get a package delivered from the US by courier within 2 days (not Purolater) - pathetic

Slowest postal service ever. It takes a month to receive my packages. Absolutely awful. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
