It said before i will get it on 9th july and its 11th July still I haven’t got it very bad service

My package from amazon was supposed to arrive by a certain date. Purolater did not have it delivered on time.

Every time I have used purolator or ordered something from a place that uses purolator, the item I ordered is either very very late or never shows up. Last time, purolator tracking says item was delivered on a date, item didn’t actually get delivered till 3 days after that. The item just showed up. I had already called the supplier and reported the item missing. But pain

Absolutely terrible. Whenever a company uses Purolator as their primary shipping method I stop buying from them. There is almost always without fail an issue. From being delivered to the wrong address, to drivers not following instructions, to them not knocking on my door but claiming they did and not leaving a slip. It’s shocking that they are owned by Canada Post as they have great customer service but Purolators is beyond pathetic.

I had only one good delivery guy he went out of his way to get my package. After it was three days late because the other drivers didn’t even try.

Overall, very good. Good customer service. I missed the delivery and they got it out to me 2 days later. Original delivery was right on time

I ordered from the Hudson Bay Company June 28 and of all the items in the shipment one arrived July 2 and all the others still in transit - lousy service, lousy system updates, where is my stuff??

I was on hold for over an hour and no results. Useless

Slow as fk. Never on time. If there was a 0 star, they'd get it. Owned by Canada Post so what do you expect

As per Amazon my package was scheduled to be delivered by June 20.20 by Purolator. The delivery was postponed to June 26.2020. Today is June 27 and it wasn't delivered yet. Their trucking number is useless, it only shows that it was dispatched on June 20th.

They can't find my address but I get stuff delivered evry week lately from Amazon

Poor update: my package supposed to be here in Winnipeg on June 23 according to the tracker and it's already June 26 I am still waiting for it. Unreal how they operate there business.

Goes to wrong address road. Missed the parcel. Delays.
