Purolator does not put any effort to assure customer satisfaction. I come to think its a pickup company rather a 5 star delivery company

Horrible customer service, late delivery, had to contact them after the falsely stated I had an incorrect address and they tried to contact me. Really shows that they are run by Canada Post

absolutely the worst delivery company. I waited 20 minutes just for an agent to answer my call. Then the agent was absolutely rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers and she was yelling. They gave me no delivery time, just delivery date and the delivery guy just arrives there and says no entry code and left immediately. Didn't even wait for a a second.

Terrible service!! A package was supposed to be delivered to our home on June 23rd. The person came didn't ring the bell and left a note for us to pick up the package 20 minutes away the next day. I was home, didn't know hear a bell or a knock. We have 2 dogs so we would have heard it. I double checked the doorbell to ensure it worked. CMP 1001115881

I have to drive next door to the post office to get my stuff. Their truck drives past my place and I pursue it 10 km. They know how to charge though

Man never knew how many bad reviews these guys got, I guess it depends where you live and who's serving ya , but puralator usually comes the day it's supposed to for me just a little later in the day than I'd like

All online selling companies I've tried have failed me by choosing Purolator as their partner in delivering their products.all I see are reasons for not fulfilling courier's job.one job.to deliver the product in the address in a timely manner...but no I always have to go pick them up at a Purolator branch which wastes my time and money.such a shame
