Purolator Canada reviews

Ordered an item that was picked up from Purolator on June 11th. Still hasn't arrived yet. UPS, FEDEX and even Canada Post have been delivering on time. Not impressed.

I paid for overnight service... 1 week after, still not arrive...

Never deliver on time. Package sits in destination city for days before going out for delivery. Worst delivery service out there.

Only rating a one cause there is no other choice. One devilery attempt, and back to a sorting centre over 100km away. Leave the package on the doorstep.

"Delivery attempted" I have been sitting by my front window all afternoon and I didnt hear nor see a stopped purolator truck LET ALONE RECIEVE A DELIVERY ATTEMPT SLIP. You guys are so frusterating to work with!

Purolator shipping time from Toronto to Winnipeg 10 days. :(

If your backed up don’t offer a service you can’t deliver and then Charge for it.

Package was not delivered to my door. Waited over the weekend for it to be delivered on Monday and was told I now have to pick it up but was never given an address

Great quick service

I never got my package delivered in 2 years by puralator. I had to go pick up my parcel 30 min drive away from my home, every time.

I didnt receive my package delivery driver didnt knock on door or leave a tag! Had to call myself twice to see what was going on

don't know if it's the shipper or purolators fault, but 7 days and counting to get a package 4km.

It’s saying my address is wrong. Don’t know how, I just got a package on Friday that was delivered by you guys. So how is it wrong?
