  • Guaranteed delivery of package due yesterday. No update on current status.

  • Delivery drivers at purolator should make sure they are giving the package to the right person I had a few packages not delivered because they are careless. Then they argue say they gave it the right person with no proof. That's unexpectable and a waste of time and money. I had to call Amazon to sort out my refund and re order and wait another few days. Terrible service. Fix that please.

  • I received notification that my parcel is in Edmonton. When I went on Purolator's tracking site it's said that I was unavailable. I work from home and did not leave my condo for 3 days now. How is it that I was unavailable. And now Purolator is forcing me to pay $5 for giving the address of the depot I can pick up my parcel. WOW! Unfortunately I cannot give you 0 stars. otherwise I would.

  • Tracking # DXJ000013895 You have my address, but could not get into the building. Driver never rang door bell or called. Package has not been delivered , nor a tag with a pickup location left on the door so I can pick it up Very poor service Please call me at 236-993-0412. To let me know where my package is

  • The last time Cheerilee are delivered a parcel for me they didn't even come into the house to check and see if I was at home or not they just put on that I was not at home which I was all day waiting for their delivery. Parcel had to be redelivered the next day but I called and complained about him not coming to my house I seen the truck drive by.

  • Only delivery system that doesn’t know how to get into a building. All they had to do was walk 5 feet to the office and get a buzz code like every other delivery business but the driver couldn’t be bothered. Called customer service and they were not helpful, said they couldn’t go to two different addresses, even though that’s not what they had to do to get in at all. Had to repeat myself multiple times, in the end I have to go pick up my package myself. Would give negative stars if I could. What a waste of time.

  • I have a package 65 inches television that they have since last Friday, it's been 5 days now and they say it's too heavy to deliver, now my question is why did they accept it in the first place? Covid or no Covid ,get your act together.
