Don’t get excited. Your service was horrible. I waited every day for a week To learn that it was apparently refused by me. Wrong!! I call the same day at 4pm and was told it would be re-shipped. Instead it was returned to shipper!

Delivery drivers at purolator should make sure they are giving the package to the right person I had a few packages not delivered because they are careless. Then they argue say they gave it the right person with no proof. That's unexpectable and a waste of time and money. I had to call Amazon to sort out my refund and re order and wait another few days. Terrible service. Fix that please.

I received notification that my parcel is in Edmonton. When I went on Purolator's tracking site it's said that I was unavailable. I work from home and did not leave my condo for 3 days now. How is it that I was unavailable. And now Purolator is forcing me to pay $5 for giving the address of the depot I can pick up my parcel. WOW! Unfortunately I cannot give you 0 stars. otherwise I would.
