Supposed to arrive yesterday when will it arrive, wasting my entire day yesterday and toda

Very slow, parcel picked up in mississauga to be shipped to Burlington and was sent to Toronto sort facility for 2 days. Will never use again

I cannot recommend this company, the service record is below any standard.

Says my package is delivered. Track it and it says my package has been delivered at the side door... of a city 3hours away

Just not a reliable delivery firm. Always late, always excuses, inconsistent driver performance and poor customer support. Remind me why Purolator is still in business?

Mauvais service residencial

I mean I don’t understand how the shipping method of Purolator work but come on... I was missing my delivery and they asked me to pick it up by showing my ID. I wasn’t paying attention to the instructions enough that I miss a proof of my shipping address. So they would not let me take my package and ask for re-send it. Like how? I was literally the person of that package. What a waste of time. I don’t understand how you don’t leave the package at the door, I didn’t pay shipping cost for picking up myself, not only that but come to resend it. I think you all need to have some change on it. I am aware that it was happening because I missed the package and can not show my proof on address, but I bring my self and my ID. Moreover I know what’s was inside that package.

They won't call when they won't find the cs at home

Terrible! Second time delivery person DID NOT make attempt to contact me...I was home! This is the SECOND time it has happened! Live chat is horrible!

Worse than any other shipper. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option.

Often late, seldom follow up and often get the delivery address wrong in Ontario as well as Quebec and submit "no such address exists" resulting in further delays. If you need something in a hurry, may want to consider an alternative.

Très mauvais service

They sent my package to a wrong distribution center and then delayed it for 3 days for weekend. Now they say it take another 2 days to fix the wrong they've done.

I paid for express delivery on a pool part they should not have accepted the order if they could not honour the express delivery
