Purolator Canada reviews

Delivery Drama. Purolator doesn't deliver. They fake out, then issue a tracking number and force you to run around to shipping depots to pick up your package. They don't issue reasonable timelines. You get template "responses" from Voncent, and queries are answered by Ali in Nova Scotia. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau. There specialty is losing packages, delivering them to the wrong address, or taking forever. After a three week frost over the summer, I was told I would get my package "when it surfaces." A few years back my airline tickets to India were dropped off at my workplace (total population 2,000) and I waited an entire weekend until they could be located. Purolator delivers disappointment and heart-break for those who have the misfortune of having their lives up-ended by their unprofessional, unreliable, and shoddy service. Star Zero.

Delayed delivery by a week.

Charged for Express next day.....it didn't arrive at destination. Why would you sell me on Express services when you're not going to provide it? I'm sure that corporate needs my money more than me!

Rude help desk employees-probably over worked and underpaid.

I called and waited 1h to add my appartment number since they went back to purolator because of missing appartment number and now I see it’s been delivered in Mississauga wtf ??? Worst compagny I ever had to deal with from amazon ! I wish I could give 0stars

He did not attempt to deliver they just stuck a note on the door and left now I have to find where my packages is

Terrible experience !!! I ordered a part for a construction machine on Monday it was supposed to be here next day!!! My location is 30 minutes from the dealer and it’s now Wednesday night it’s still not here !! I paid my mechanic 5 hrs today for nothing !! No they blame it on the covit19 ?? Nobody as of yet can give me a approximate time on when I get my part . Should I pay my mechanic for an other day to wait for it ?? Next time I will get it my self like I usually do !!! That way I know I get the part !!

This is difficult: how can one review complete ineptness? Do not use Purolator .....they are a lazy shabby operation. Sent an envelope from N.S. to Niagara came back as wrong address. These guys just give a rat's ask about their customer, yet they were quick to keep the $31.00 cost to me . Never again......will I use them.

Package never received, but they say they deposed it in my mailbox . But there is nothing on my camera

Went to wrong address and left a message then went to pick up at depot where it was suppose to be later but was told it went back to Calgary and wouldn’t be available until late next day

They are doing their best. During this pandemic they are the reason why we still have a "normal" life

They did what they were supposed to do...woo hoo!
