Currently awaiting a parcel, which is in Transit and not yet due. I am tracking it. My previous experiences have been mixed. The very last one was awful and I left comment written and verbal with Purolator.

Almost always late and packages are often damaged. Very little care is shown when handling items.

Supposed to be delivered three days ago. No update. No expected new date. The shipment has been sitting there in their warehouse since August 6. Not the first terrible experience with them and won't be the last I guess. Don't know why Amazon still ships thru them

Horrible service!!! I paid for a package to be delivered then next day ... 61.00 and DID NOT ARRIVE!!! Called the 800 number to purolater and they say ... “sorry in these Covid times we can’t guarantee next day service! Why didn’t they tell me that before I paid 60.00 for service they can’t provide? I will NEVER use purolator again!!!
