The driver refuses to come to my back door even when I’m home. The front door has a sign to go to back door and there is a chain blocking the front door. The driver refuses to come to the door. One parcel was almost 40 lbs and he threw it over the fence and expected me to carry it into the house. Another package he pounded on our window and slapped a courier note where to pick up the parcel so high on the window I couldn’t reach it. We were home so we went outside and he threw our package in the truck and refused to give it to us. We had to wait until the following day to drive 10 minutes away to pick up our parcel. The delivery driver is very rude and just throws our parcels around and won’t deliver to the door as requested.

Purolator said “they missed me” And that no buzzer code was there but I was home all day with a buzzer code clearly stated. Pure laziness and negligence

The worst thing, they never find the address, they waste time, they just want you to go to the facilities to remove it.

If I could give it less I would shipping always takes longer than Canada post and customer service is hard to get threw to also they always seem to stop at Grande Prairie and never go all the way

Currently awaiting a parcel, which is in Transit and not yet due. I am tracking it. My previous experiences have been mixed. The very last one was awful and I left comment written and verbal with Purolator.

Not happy still waiting for my Son to get his small package and after 11 days I cant use the same tracking number to even check its staus.... missed his Bday because of this..... fail.
